I always feel a “New Year” is such a blessing as is a “Brand New Day”…PLUS a brand new year!
A Brand New day is a gift, when you look around you today and feel what is going on around us.
However, I teach those I am privileged to work with, that YOU are the difference where YOU ARE. Every person you touch in which ever way, a passing kind word or action, a smile, a helping hand.
Each time you share TRUTH, each time you SHARE at all. So many fear “sharing” for fear that there is not enough, there is always enough, lack is a state of mind, and a fearful heart!…When you hands and your heart are authentically wide open, to life, to SHARING, that is LOVE…and that is the only force that will heal our world and ourselves, healing starts with YOU.
To heal, you need to be open to acknowledge that you are not whole, and none of us are. We ALL have a journey toward wholeness, within, nothing outside of us can make us whole.
God is not outside of us, HE is in us…seek him, within, and then you will start a TRUE journey toward wholeness, peace, contentment…all fruits of the Spirit, possible through an intimate relationship with God, which is not possible without yourself.
He is our only HOPE!
You however are encouraged to make this year MORE about, YOUR wholeness and health, take your life very seriously, this is NO dress rehearsal…every moment that slips by while you are unconscious, and on auto pilot, damaging your body and your mind, wounding your heart, through unhealthy choices, is a moment and a choice you will not get back…
