Gym and Juice are not friends…unfortunately! We at Juice4Joy want to change that and we understand that to do that means we need to know what we are doing and share our knowledge.

Cold pressed juice in general is avoided like the plague with a high percentage of “Gym peeps” where the focus is to build muscle mass. So here goes…we will do our best to share valuable info with you. Firstly though one very powerful fact: Juice4Joy is a HIGH VEGETABLE and low to no fruit content cold pressed juice.

Our method of making juice is very unique, and actually not done like we do it anywhere in the world. How we do it is more expensive, however worth it in all ways. We do not try to cut our costs by filling with fruit, we fill with super foods and strategic herbs, spices and functional herbal teas.
