It is impossible to be on top of the world all the time. To expect that is setting yourself up for failure,
and hidden in there is quite a bit of self sabotage.
Give it up…this trying to be perfect! Focus on the perfect within the imperfect…
The key is KINDNESS toward self and others.
We just do not witness enough kindness…however kindness starts with self.
How kind are you to yourself?
We giving ourselves such an unnecessary and actually stressful run around!
Wanting to BE it all and Do it all!
Do we even know that what we are searching and reaching for is even authentic to us and our unique purpose we are here in the first place?
Have we taken the time to sit and unpack our WHY?
Does our WHY include contributing to creating a better world for everyone as well as for ourselves?
The things we do, the people we be…are we contributing toward or taking from where we are?
Interesting self dialogue and evaluation…
I get it…
The Pace of life is hectic…let’s face it! That is not going to change.
I get the distinct feeling it is speeding up…like noticeably spinning flat out.
Monday, brand new week and no sooner have we got our head and heart around that…
IT IS FRIDAY…
Personally I choose to see my whole week as an opportunity to be active and present in all I do and Be.
My work and play are not really separate.
I Do What I Love and Love What I DO
These are all lifestyle values and aspects I choose over and over again
I live and walk the talk, daily one step at a time.
I feel blessed, yet I do understand being stressed!
It is not healthy to let stress get out of control, and run your life.
It seriously affects your health on a deep level.
Let’s be present with what is real in our lives.
I believe it is healthy to have an understanding and empathy for what is happening around us…it is not pretty!
However we can only lead others by our own example.
I can change my reality through stillness and internal processes to shift my belief and understanding of the world.
I can often STOP and unpack the the TOXINS I have taken on unconsciously as I make my way through my day.
I can be sincerely mindful of what I consume.
I can engage in a regular cleanse using Juice4Joy and our other supportive product.
I can move my body mindfully to release tension and unlock my flow.
I can have regular body massage to stimulate release and elimination of toxins through the lymph & muscle system.
I can journal and express myself into a space that receives without judgement.
I can give myself 8 hours of restful sleep.
I can say NO when my GUT tells me this is not healthy for me, be it a relationship, a business opportunity, a conversation, a movie, the news!
I can CHOOSE Gratitude over and over again for every blessing in my life.
Even if that blessing is discomfort or pain…
That in itself has a TRUTH message to decipher.
A self kindness choice is to listen -listen to your body!
Discernment is key to navigating your way through your day, your week, your life.
Develop this intimate skill with self,
You will experience more peace and freedom in your life.
I promise you.
The world is messy, however we can make OUR mess OUR message for change?.
