Keep up with your “Cold Pressed Juices through winter”…
During the cold weather months, we tend to leave juice behind, like so many summer flings. After all, we hardly need to hydrate with fruity refreshments while cuddled under blankets, and winter fashions, maybe the “few extra kilo’s can hide beneath the layers”… NO! Don’t let yourself down like that…stay focused on what your body NEEDS – nutrients, fast and easy, and the best way is with your juice.
Actually, Juice is precisely what we need: ALWAYS and very much so during winter months…it is when we may benefit most from cold-pressed juices and super-food smoothies. Juice 4 Joy is minimal fruit generally, loads of great greens, is our focus, and then the veg that counts as a strong base for,our “not green really” juices….spiced up with cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, Moringa no Himalayan salt…complimented with strategic tea blends that support the cleansing process and the organs responsible for the eliminations.
JUICE 4 JOY DOES NOT USE WATER IN THEIR JUICES, AND OUR JUICE IS ALL BOTTLED IN GLASS…THIS ALL MAINTAINS THE INTEGRITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR LONGER, AS WELL AS SUPPORTING OUR PLANET!!!
“Juicing is ACTUALLY more important in the winter, because it supports your immune system,” – “It’s key during cold and flu season. At the supermarket, you should find an ample supply of winter greens, apples and grapefruit—all great for winter juicing.”
OR BUY IT READY MADE WITH YOUR HEALTH IN MIND, BOTTLED IN GLASS FROM Jackson’s Real Food Market in Riverside OR Fuel Foods, in Hyde Park. Both amazing stores to visit and stock up with the foods that matter…
Do you give your car hot chocolate in winter because it’s cold???? NO…Winter or summer you make sure your car gets the right care, fuel, and types, you clean it regularly inside and out…because you need it to get around RIGHT??? Well what good is the car if you are not around??? Take your health seriously…invest in the best for your body kind and soul!!!
